7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return only if an unboxing video is recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
Important
- The unboxing video must clearly show the product and any damage or incorrect item received.
- Claims without a valid, unedited unboxing video cannot be accepted.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong choice, or normal wear and tear.
- Tarnishing caused by water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, or improper care is not considered a defect.
Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the situation.
